At Mind Balance System ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated including VAT and fees. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.
Mind Balance System ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment for digital products will be charged to your account upon ordering. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

We offer full satisfaction or money back within 14 days on purchases of Mind Balance System® behavioral analysis including 1 trainer feedback bought through the shop.
Purchase of Trainer Session
If the trainer feedback is ordered through the website, the full amount is charged upon ordering.
Purchase of Trainer Session Directly from Trainer
If you purchase a Mind Balance System® behavioral analysis or feedback on the Mind Balance System® analysis directly from a Mind Balance System® trainer, you pay directly to the trainer.
Purchase of Course – Trainer Certification
As a participant in a Mind Balance System ApS trainer course, you will be invoiced with a one-time payment and a monthly subscription. The amounts are shown on our registration form.
Costs associated with changes or cancellation:

You can change your registration to another course group no later than 2 weeks before the start of a Mind Balance System ApS course. Invoicing remains unchanged.
Cancellation:
It is free of charge to cancel a confirmed activity up until six weeks before start. For cancellations later than six weeks before start, the entire investment becomes due for payment.
If there are not enough participants for the course, Mind Balance System ApS reserves the right to cancel the course.
A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to errors in the analysis.
You must complain within a ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the defect/error.

In case of refund, please provide bank details including registration number and account number so the agreed amount can be transferred.
This information can be safely provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
A 14-day full satisfaction guarantee is provided on MBS analyses and the first trainer session.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. Notice must be given by email to info@mindbalancesystem.com.
In the notice, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid us back.
Repayment is carried out using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
All rights to the MBS® analysis, workshops, courses, course materials, events, and digital products belong to Mind Balance System ApS.
Upon purchase, a license is obtained to use the purchased product as specified under the respective product.
Your digital product is personal, and it is not permitted to sell, forward, lend, give away the purchased item, or otherwise distribute the product, either privately or commercially. This applies to both the content of our online products, downloaded products, course materials, live sessions, workshops, and courses.
